Here is the thing - I requested we be moved to a table where a highchair could be provided safely. We were told, this was a health and safety issue and could not be provided where we were sat due to the width of the thoroughfare - it appeared plenty wide enough but, to be fair, I can appreciate the viewpoint. In addition, during our meal we requested a high chair. serviettes, silverware, no coffee or cream refills (I had to ask another server) and all of this taking into account we had our young daughter with us. The service was lacklustre, and unattentive. We visited today and everything about it was pretty awful, apart from the food which was acceptable. Having visited Snooze pre-covid me and my partner had a lovely experience.
